An entire weekend of Colonial Celebrations and fun! Friday night we have a night of music with George, John and Riley Youngren, 7:00pm at the Pioneer Church. Saturday we have a Colonial Army camping out on the Quincy Historical Society grounds. Come experience apple pressing 11:00am-1:00pm, fry bread 12:30-2:00pm, black powder charges, a nighttime camp glow event and much more! Jackie Sites 5-Time National Fiddler Champion will perform with her band 11:30am-12:30pm & 1:00-2:00pm. Food available for purchase from Jimmy’s Hot Dogs. Don’t miss our Barn Dance Saturday Night at 7:00pm. We will be learning the minuet, the waltz, line dancing, country square dancing and ending with a performance by the High School Theatre program of Footloose! Sunday morning at 11:00am we will have excerpts of historical sermons, performances of historic music, with violin and choir hymns.
